The Opportunity: 
We’re looking for someone who’s people-focused, engaging, and excited to help shape a supportive employee experience. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our company values. From crafting compelling job postings and sourcing exceptional candidates to guiding them through the interview process, you’ll help shape the future of our workforce while fostering a positive and collaborative hiring culture. 
 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
 
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 
  • Develop and post engaging job descriptions that align with our brand and attract top talent. 
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify strong matches for our roles. 
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies. 
 
Onboarding & Candidate Experience 
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one. 
  • Communicate proactively with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process. 
  • Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects our culture and values. 

People & Culture Support 
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team on initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention. 
  • Assist with employer branding efforts to showcase our company as a great place to work. 
  • Contribute to projects that enhance our recruitment processes and tools. 
 
HR Administration & Compliance 
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records in our HRIS. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment standards and company policies during the hiring process. 
 
What You Bring to the Team: 
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment/talent acquisition, or people support roles 
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, and ATS software 
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail 
  • Confidence juggling multiple tasks and multiple open postings and adapting to change 
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a bonus 
  • An understanding of employment standards and employment legislation regarding hiring practices is an asset
