The Opportunity 
The Residential Leasing Manager plays a key strategic role in driving occupancy, brand visibility, and resident experience across Paragon Living’s multifamily portfolio. This role oversees the full leasing lifecycle within a residential property management company, combining customer service, sales, administration, and light operations, as well as acting as the main point of contact for prospective and current residents. 
 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Lead Leasing Operations: Manage all leasing activities, from inquiry to move-in, ensuring units are leased quickly and efficiently.  Provide mentorship to the leasing team ensuring consistent communication, follow-up standards and leasing practices across the portfolio. 
  • Prospect Management: Respond to leads, conduct tours, follow up, and maintain high conversion rates. 
  • Application Processing: Oversee rental applications, screening, approvals, denials, and adherence to RTB guidelines. 
  • Lease Administration: Prepare leases, renewals, addendums, and ensure accuracy of documentation. 
  • Move-Ins / Move-Outs: Coordinate inspections, handovers, key exchanges, and checklist completion. 
  • Resident Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and service requests. 
  • Marketing & Vacancy Management: Collaborate with marketing to post ads, update listings, monitor pricing, and reduce vacancy periods. 
  • Reporting: Track KPIs such as occupancy, leasing velocity, and lead-to-lease metrics. 
  • Team Coordination: Work with maintenance, onsite resident managers, and property management to ensure suites are ready for occupancy on turnover. 
 
What You Bring 
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities 
  • Sales mindset with relationship-driven approach 
  • High attention to detail in documentation 
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high lead volume 
  • Understanding of RTB regulations 
  • Comfort with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe, Rentsync)
