We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with an accounting background to assist the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting activities.

 ·      Processing daily financial transactions, including bank and credit card reconciliations and government remittances

·      Supporting the development of budgets and financial forecasts

·      Ensuring accuracy and upkeep to tracking and task management spreadsheets

·      Maintaining an organized and accessible digital filing system

·      Assisting with the collection of working papers and documentation for audits

·      Providing accounting and administrative support to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer

·      1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

·      Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)

·      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
